We are pleased to announce that our colleague Igor Svaby has become a partner of the firm as of January 1, 2011. His promotion represents an important step towards further organic growth of the firm. Before joining B & S Legal in 2007, Igor worked for more than three years in the Bratislava office of Allen & Overy. Igor has advised clients on several Greenfield Investments and Mergers and Acquisitions projects. In addition to General Corporate Law, Igor has substantial experience in the fields of Real Estate, Labour Law, Litigation and dispute settlement, Banking, and Bankruptcy and Restructuring. Igor is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Commenius University in Bratislava and of the Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics in Bratislava.
