Daniela Martinková

Daniela Martinková graduated in May 2010. During her studies she was employed at major international company in Bratislava on a position of a legal assistant, later at the law firm B & S Legal on a position of a legal assistant for one year. She became a junior associate at B & S Legal in December 2010. Her main areas of activity include corporate law and commercial law. In addition to Slovak being her native language, Daniela Martinková speaks fluent English.

• corporate law advice to English speaking clients with respect to foundation, changes or liquidation of companies
• preparation of legal opinions in the area of civil and commercial law
