Ivan Puškáč
Ivan has been working in B & S Legal since 2005. His main areas of activity include corporate law and participation in various legal due diligence audits, green field investment projects, as well as general corporate and commercial work. In addition to Slovak being his native language, Ivan also speaks fluent English, French and German..
Representative Engagements
- legal due diligence of real estate development projects
- corporate law advice to foreign clients with respect to foundation, changes or liquidation of companies or company branches
- assistance to various clients with respect to negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements, acquisition of lands and industrial premises, and setting up of their contractual relations with suppliers and clients
- representation of clients with respect to court and out of court collection of receivables and representation in civil litigation
