Katarína Kačírová

Katarina graduated in June 2007 and joined our branch in Kosice in September 2007. Katarina speaks English and French and is able to communicate in German as well. In her law practice, she specialises namely in the areas of commercial, contractual, labour and real estate law. During her studies, she also gained experience in law office aimed at administrative law.

Representative Engagements

• participation in assistance to a number of English and French speaking clients focused predominantly at corporate and real estate issues
• preparation of contractual documents and legal opinions from various fields of law
• participation in advising the France-based company in its acquisition of the share in the Slovak insurance company including obtaining approval from Slovak supervisory authority.
