Peter Bartošík
Peter is a licensed attorney at law and a partner of the law firm B & S Legal. His main areas of activity include representation of English speaking clients with respect to a diverse variety of commercial deals, such as mergers and acquisitions (including legal due diligence), green field projects, competition (including notifications of concentration to the Slovak AMO) and general corporate and commercial work.
Peter has recently successfully advised clients on a number of real estate projects, including project financing. In addition, Peter has experience with a number of successful litigations in Slovak courts and debt enforcement for foreign and Slovak clients. Furthermore, Peter has substantial experience with international arbitration and debt enforcement for a major foreign financial institution. In addition to Slovak being his native language, Peter speaks fluent English and is able to communicate in German as well.

international ICSID arbitration, defense of a client with respect to the claim of a major financial institution
