Petra Fülepová

Petra graduated in May 2010. During her studies she was employed at the position of legal assistant in a law firm in Bratislava. She became a junior associate at B & S Legal in September 2010. Her main areas of activity include corporate, commercial and real estate law. In addition to Slovak being her native language, Petra speaks fluent French and English.

Representative engagements

• corporate law advice to Slovak as well as foreign clients with respect to foundation, changes or liquidation of companies
• assistance to various clients with respect to negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements and acquisition of real estate
• preparation of various contractual documents and legal opinions in the area of civil, commercial and employment law
