Silvia Vašková
Silvia is a licensed attorney at law associated with the law firm B & S Legal. She has provided legal services for French and English speaking clients with respect to various commercial deals, such as mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, green field investment projects, general corporate and other commercial work. In addition to Slovak being her native language, Silvia also speaks fluent French and English.

- legal due diligence of the Slovak state transport company in the process of its privatization
- legal due diligence of a primary energy company engaged in the production of heat and electricity
- preparation of various contractual documents and legal opinions in the area of commercial law, labor law and environmental protection law for a company that forms a part of a leading French organization in the area of water industry

- preparation of commercial agreements related to the construction project of the commercial center for a French client
